LuxLiving was founded by property management professionals who experienced firsthand the challenges of running a modern multifamily portfolio. Existing software vendors were expensive, fragmented, and slow to innovate.

Rather than accept the status quo, the team built their own tools — starting with utility billing (BillEase) and reputation management (Customer360), then expanding into dynamic pricing (Optipricer), tenant screening (EasyApp), credit reporting (Credibuild), and more.
